Training bookings
Workshop places and private reviews are confirmed only after we accept your request in writing and you receive joining details. Schedules may change due to instructor availability or low enrolment. We will offer an alternative date or a refund according to our refund policy.
Participant responsibilities
You are responsible for decisions you make with your own capital. Training examples use historical and illustrative charts. Past examples do not guarantee future results. You must follow venue safety rules and treat other participants respectfully.
Intellectual property
Worksheets, slide materials, and curriculum outlines provided in sessions remain our intellectual property. You may use them for personal trading practice. You may not resell, republish, or teach from them as your own commercial course without written permission.
Acceptable use of the website
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, submit abusive form messages, or misrepresent your identity when requesting training.
Liability
